Driving an Alfa Romeo T33-3, Toine Hezemans and Nini Vacarella won the 55th Targa Florio, completing the 792km in just over six and a half hours. The scene depicted shows the winning car storming through Cerda leading serious opposition from the Porsche 908 of Larrousse and Elford.
