A fantastically atmospheric print of the three Works Mercedes Streamliners in their garage prior to the 1954 French Grand Prix at Reims. The No.18 W196 of Fangio would win the race from the No. 20 of Karl Kling. The 22 car of Hans Herrmann was to retire early in the race, but did have the consolation of setting the fastest lap and therefore gaining a point. The new Silver Arrows were so dominant that they lapped the entire field.
This is a Giclee edition of just 54 copies.
