Sparing no expense, Ford scored an historic victory at Le Mans in 1966. The image shows the winning car of Chris Amon and Bruce McLaren as it passes through White House corner on the final lap, being followed by the second placed car of Miles and Hulme and third place drivers Bucknum and Hutcherson in another GT40 MkII. The dead heat that was planned by Henry Ford II was technically impossible since the cars had started 20 metres apart.

This is a Lithograph edition of 500 copies.
